Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue for Hiessence’s aromatic diffusers and related product lines in the wellness and home‑fragrance market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for Hiessence products.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing funnels across digital and offline channels to generate awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activations aligned with business objectives.
• Manage all Hiessence social media platforms, including content planning, community engagement, and performance tracking.
• Oversee digital advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms.
• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Develop strategies to increase e‑commerce traffic, conversion rates, and online sales performance.
• Collaborate with the e‑commerce team on product listings, promotions, and campaign integration.
• Conduct market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, social media analytics, and sales data, presenting actionable insights.
• Work closely with sales, product development, creative, and operations teams to ensure alignment.
• Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure cost‑effective execution and ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with consumer goods or e‑commerce.
