Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales across Fredley Group’s food and beverage outlets. This role blends brand management, campaign planning, digital marketing, and market analysis with a focus on consumer trends and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage brand identity across all channels, including digital, print, in‑store, packaging, and events.
• Oversee digital marketing activities such as social media, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Conduct market research to analyze consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and product development teams.
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI of campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies, designers, influencers, and media partners.
• Ensure compliance with food labeling, advertising, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare marketing reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media, or related field.
• 5‑8+ years of professional experience in food and beverage marketing (preferred).
• Strong project‑management abilities, including multi‑tasking and budget oversight.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Experience in event planning, logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
• Team player able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
