Marketing Graphic Designer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our fast‑growing B2B SaaS startup. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will be the primary visual creator for a lean marketing team, delivering high‑quality assets across digital, web, sales and content channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update static marketing assets such as decks, one‑pagers, PDFs, case studies, social graphics, event materials and campaign visuals, ensuring brand consistency.
• Support web and landing‑page design, polish pages built in HubSpot and produce mockups ready for developer hand‑off.
• Design graphics for social media, paid advertising, sales collateral and other campaign materials.
• Perform light video editing, including cuts, captions, resizing and occasional motion‑graphics or AI‑assisted creative work.
• Manage a backlog of design projects while handling weekly requests, balancing speed, quality and brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing stakeholders via Slack, make independent layout decisions and iterate quickly based on feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of graphic, marketing or visual design experience with a strong portfolio focused on clean, modern B2B SaaS or technology brands.
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving startup environment.
• Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail.
