Marketing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of brand, campaign and growth initiatives across multiple channels for a global luxury leather‑goods brand. Reporting to the marketing team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content and activations in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for direct‑to‑consumer, wholesale and marketplace partners.
• Coordinate timelines, assets and approvals across creative, digital, PR and partnership teams.
• Support content rollout on social media, email and paid advertising channels.
• Help manage influencer, affiliate and gifting programmes, including tracking and follow‑ups.
• Contribute to product launches, collaborations and retail activations.
• Maintain marketing calendars, trackers and reporting dashboards.
• Liaise with agencies and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare performance reports on campaign metrics and key marketing indicators.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand or communications, preferably in fashion, luxury or lifestyle.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a high‑expectation, fast‑paced environment.
• Genuine interest in luxury brands, culture and trends.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing.
• Knowledge of Meta and TikTok advertising platforms.
• Experience managing influencer, affiliate or social‑media programmes.
