Marketing & Communications Manager – Luxury Beauty

About the role

The Marketing & Communications Manager will be the bridge between brand strategy and retail execution for a luxury beauty brand. Reporting to the Brand General Manager, you will shape integrated marketing, activation and CRM programmes that boost brand visibility, enrich the in‑store experience and deepen customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch integrated marketing, activation and CRM campaigns aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
• Develop and execute communications plans across social media, digital channels, in‑store activations and press.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM and Retail Operations teams to drive retail traffic, conversion and long‑term customer relationships.
• Use data‑driven insights to optimise brand awareness, customer engagement and loyalty programmes.
• Oversee new store openings, product launches and event activations to ensure consistent brand experience.

Required profile

• Strong background in retail marketing, especially within the beauty sector.
• Proven experience in marketing communications, activation events and product launches.
• Professional maturity with a 360° marketing perspective beyond media/PR.
• High numerical proficiency and comfort with research tools such as Beaute Research.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Beaute Research or comparable market research platforms.
