Marketing Associate – Real Estate Projects

About the role

Join our growing team as a Marketing Associate, driving marketing strategies for exciting real‑estate projects across Cavite. You will promote properties, engage potential buyers, and contribute directly to sales growth and brand visibility in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to support project sales and brand objectives.
• Plan and execute marketing activities such as property launches, open houses, broker events, and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, brokers, and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and achievement of sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and refine marketing strategies.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance, recommending improvements for optimization.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Manage and grow digital platforms (social media, website, property portals) through engaging and strategic content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Management, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• Experience or internship in real‑estate marketing, project sales, or digital marketing is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive with a creative and results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work in Cavite (Bacoor, Dasmarinas, General Trias, Tanza, Trece Martires, Silang, Alfonso) with project assignment based on business needs and location preference.

Required skills

• Proficient in digital marketing tools (social media ads, analytics).
• MS Office proficiency.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).
