About the role

The Marketing Associate provides end‑to‑end project management and coordination to support the effective execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and internal processes. The role independently manages multiple workstreams, partners with stakeholders across functions, and actively identifies opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support multiple marketing workstreams, managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project management of integrated marketing plans across channels, ensuring alignment between business requirements and delivery teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Support implementation of marketing plans by coordinating deliverables and ensuring quality execution.
• Analyze campaign performance data and operational metrics to inform decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign outcomes, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree holder.
• 1‑3 years of experience in marketing, campaign operations, or project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Experience using marketing platforms, reporting tools, and workflow systems.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Demonstrated process‑improvement mindset and strong communication skills.
