About the role
The Marketing Assistant will work closely with the Account Officer to support client interactions, prepare financial documentation, and assist in reporting activities. This position offers exposure to both marketing and finance functions within a leasing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Join the Account Officer on client calls to capture requirements and provide support.
- Prepare financial spreads, projections, and profitability analyses based on client‑provided statements.
- Draft and assemble documents required for credit and recommendation memoranda.
- Conduct credit investigations and assist with appraisal or inspection of collateral.
- Prepare and update credit and loan documentation and maintain loan files.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports, including loan portfolio status, past‑due accounts, and pipeline tracking.
Required profile
- Graduate of BSBA Marketing Management or Financial Management.
