Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Marketing Assistant provides administrative, creative, and operational support to the Marketing Officer and Brand Manager. You will help execute marketing campaigns, create content, coordinate events, and handle customer inquiries to ensure projects run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day marketing activities and assist in campaign, promotion, and event implementation.
• Create photographic and videographic content for social media and marketing materials.
• Maintain social media platforms and support engagement initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and assist in preparing reports.
• Monitor budgets and provide progress updates for marketing projects.
• Coordinate appointments, site visits, event schedules, and organize activations.
• Maintain and update customer/client databases and handle inquiries.
• Organize marketing files, records, and documentation; liaise with suppliers and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
