Marketing Assistant – Banking Services

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Officer in promoting BDO Unibank’s products and services while providing excellent client service. The role combines marketing support with front‑office banking activities in our Chinatown branch.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Officer in selling the bank’s products and services.
• Provide client service for account opening, placements, SDB, inquiries and after‑sales support.
• Perform start‑ and end‑of‑day banking activities, ensuring accurate transaction documentation and compliance with bank policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Help achieve the bank’s financial targets through marketing initiatives.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work in the Chinatown area.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer and business applications.
