Marketing and Content Officer

About the role

We are a systems‑driven design‑build firm operating in CALABARZON and are launching a self‑sustaining marketing engine. The Marketing and Content Officer will own the end‑to‑end process of turning completed projects into qualified leads, driving the number of new inquiries each month.

Key responsibilities

• Run the lead‑generation funnel, including website and inquiry forms that convert viewers into qualified leads.
• Own the quarterly marketing strategy, KPIs and budget.
• Manage the brand presence on Instagram, Facebook (cross‑posted) and LinkedIn.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots at completed project sites, coordinating schedules, equipment and client permissions.
• Edit short clips (10‑second reels) for Instagram, Facebook and future TikTok use.
• Maintain the content calendar and publish posts on schedule.
• Write captions, posts and web copy; manage community engagement and inbound messages.
• Report results weekly into the company Scorecard.
• Develop the channel roadmap, adding TikTok in months 7‑9 if traction allows.

Required profile

• Hands‑on across the full content cycle: shooting, editing, writing and publishing.
• Comfortable with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Lightroom or Canva, plus social‑media scheduling tools.
• Strong English copywriting; Filipino language a plus for local reach.
• Organized self‑starter who can run a shoot and meet calendar deadlines.
• Bonus: experience in construction, architecture, real‑estate or B2B service marketing.
• Basic website/CMS skills and familiarity with analytics.
