Market Collaboration Planner – S&OP

About the role

The Market Collaboration Planner – S&OP acts as a vital bridge between Customer Operations, Category & Strategy Planning, Marketing and Business Development. You will ensure alignment throughout the Sales and Operations Planning cycle, turning data and stakeholder insights into actionable decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver in‑month forecasts and close gaps to meet targets.
• Lead medium‑term promotional forecast planning and coordinate cross‑functional execution to achieve on‑time‑in‑full delivery.
• Participate in long‑term Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and collaborate on customer‑facing category strategies and trade plans.
• Analyse data, reports and stakeholder feedback to explain performance drivers and provide insights.
• Identify supply or supportability risks, communicate with stakeholders and mitigate business impact.
• Work closely with WL1 teams to meet operational targets and support WL2+ stakeholders with recommendations.
• Coordinate the annual Winter project for Condiments servicing during peak season.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree; supply‑chain qualification (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply‑chain operations, customer service or planning, preferably in FMCG.
• Exposure to the purchase‑to‑payment cycle.
• Strong commercial acumen and cross‑functional business process knowledge.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
• Knowledge of SAP APO.
• Familiarity with Kinaxis (advantage).
