Manufacturing Technician (Stamping)

About the role

We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to support our stamping production line. The role involves maintaining stamping dies, operating surface grinding equipment, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, adjust, repair and maintain stamping dies.
• Operate surface grinding machines and conduct tooling inspections.
• Read and interpret die and product drawings to meet quality requirements.
• Lead improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce errors.
• Support root‑cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions with accurate data.
• Maintain documentation compliance with quality and safety programs.
• Implement safety procedures, use PPE, handle chemicals per SDS, and report incidents.
• Manage waste disposal and follow ESH training requirements.
• Participate in internal audits and support corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure organized storage and proper handling of tools and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Stamping Technician.
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand quality specifications.
• Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and environmental management.
