Manufacturing Operator – Semiconductor Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an Operator I to join our semiconductor logistics team. The role involves handling daily manufacturing checks, picking, splitting, and packing lots for shipment in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete the daily Manufacturing Self Check (MSC) form.
• Pick lots from shelf locations using picking lists and perform physical lot splitting.
• Verify split‑lot quantities and customer labels for compliance.
• Execute pick/pack transactions in the system and pack products into inner and outer boxes.
• Ensure each shipment includes required documents and labels.
• Operate packing equipment and report any discrepancies.
• Move processed lots to the next stage and support cross‑training activities.
• Follow SOPs and supervisor instructions, maintaining certification for the assigned station.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma or college education.
• One year of experience in a semiconductor logistics or shipping environment (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Team‑player attitude with a positive work ethic.

Required skills

• Basic computer operation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
