Manufacturing Operator

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in San Fernando, Pampanga. The successful candidate will support daily operations by maintaining and troubleshooting equipment across electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and mechanical domains.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery on a rotating shift schedule.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, electronic, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Graduate of a two‑year vocational or technical program.
• Experience or background in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or mechanical equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrated integrity and reliability.
• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and be assigned to San Fernando.
