Manufacturing Assistant

About the role

The Manufacturing Assistant supports the production team by generating reports, handling documentation, and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations in a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate monthly reports comparing scheduled versus actual production hours.
• Prepare Disposal Forms for RMATS and PMATS.
• Act as the department's Document Controller for ISO, HACCP, and HALAL-related documents.
• Distribute production reports to concerned departments and coordinate production requirements and concerns.
• Prepare and submit Purchase Requests (PR) for production requirements through the Oracle System.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of production reports and other pertinent records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Production Supervisor as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of any 4‑year course; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in report analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of ISO, HACCP, HALAL, GMP principles.
• Knowledge of the 5S system.
• Above‑average computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, with strong communication and coordination skills.
