Manual QA Engineer (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Manual QA Engineer to join our team supporting a French eyewear client. The role involves ensuring high‑quality releases for cloud‑based and mobile applications while working in a hybrid setting (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to the defined Software Development Life Cycle and CMMI standards, ensuring consistency and quality in testing processes.
• Design and write test cases, create test plans, estimate effort and generate Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Execute functional, application and regression tests, report defects and verify defect fixes.
• Review test cases and scripts created by Junior Quality Analysts to maintain documentation quality.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with CMMI procedures and prepare testing progress reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manual quality assurance or software testing.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, 2 days WFH) and to cover night shifts.
• Strong experience with API testing and ability to translate business requirements into functional test cases.
• Experience creating test documentation such as Test Summary Reports and Acceptance Test Certificates.

What we offer

• Salary range of 45,000 – 55,000 PHP per month.
