Mandarin/Fukien Speaking KYC Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Mandarin or Fukien speaking KYC Associate to join PwC’s Advisory team in Makati. The position is project‑based (6‑12 months) and offers the chance to develop compliance expertise while supporting global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare KYC profiles in line with client policies and procedures.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence and KYC reviews using publicly available sources, screening for sanctions, adverse news and politically exposed persons.
• Document and record all supporting information accurately.
• Monitor case progress to ensure timely completion and meet quality and production targets.
• Participate in daily team huddles and promptly report operational, system or policy issues.
• Collaborate with teams across global locations to fulfil KYC requirements.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and support project management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fluent in Mandarin or Fukien and English, with strong written communication.
• Team‑player able to build strong working relationships.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn KYC processes and work on a fixed‑term contract.
• Local applicants or foreigners with a valid work permit are welcome.
