Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation (IRM)

About the role

The Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation reports to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics in the Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function, supporting the Information Risk Management (IRM) mission and vision. The role delivers analytics, large language models, reporting, modeling, automation and related operational risk management activities, and supports the function's roadmaps and plans. It involves ongoing analysis, modeling, reporting and automation of processes, including data preparation, LLM use cases and ad-hoc requests for the Chief Risk Officer and risk committees.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual IRM reporting for the Chief Risk Officer, executives and Board risk committees.
• Automate monthly, quarterly and annual IRM reporting within the intelligence function.
• Lead the automation of data collection and analysis across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor, optimize and train on automated systems, and identify further automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Support AI agents and other analytics projects within IRM.
• Support the Risk and Technology Tooling team with data ingestion, clean-up, mapping, validation, and reports and dashboards.
• Assist in testing, cleaning and preparing data, generating accurate reports and documenting processes and ad-hoc requests.
• Develop AI-driven monitoring workflows that dynamically identify KPIs, trends and risk areas.

Required profile

• Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying and supporting AI agents, agentic workflows, chatbots and Copilot solutions in enterprise settings.
• Experience building AI solutions with tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Power Platform or comparable frameworks.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources such as SharePoint, SQL, APIs, Dataverse, ServiceNow, Salesforce and internal knowledge repositories.
• Knowledge of Generative AI architecture, prompt engineering, RAG, workflow automation, model governance and AI operationalization.
• Experience measuring AI performance through adoption metrics, accuracy, productivity gains and business impact.
• Knowledge of financial services, insurance, technology risk management or operational risk management.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive reporting skills; self-starter able to work in a fast-paced environment.
