About the role

MedGrocer is seeking a Management Trainee to support daily operations across its customer service and supply‑chain functions. This 12‑24 month leadership development program rotates you through core business units, giving you hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing health‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of operational processes and systems related to customer service or supply chain.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations for assigned functional areas.
• Train, coach, and create growth opportunities for team members.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Address, investigate, and resolve major operational issues.
• Maintain databases and monitor key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant four‑year program.
• Demonstrated academic excellence.
• Strong organizational and leadership experience.
• Exceptional qualities such as initiative, analytical thinking, and adaptability.
