Managed Care Operations Analyst

About the role

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Managed Care Operations Analyst to support contract compliance, payer policies, reimbursement analysis, and claims resolution. The role will be based in Taguig City and operates in a hybrid work model, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with managed care contracts and payer agreements.
• Analyze reimbursement data and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Resolve claim discrepancies and work closely with providers and payers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of policy updates and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
