Maintenance Technician – Tuguegarao

About the role

CBRE is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support small‑to‑medium sized buildings and industrial equipment in Tuguegarao, Philippines. The role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and building systems.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose issues and perform corrective actions.
• Assist with installation, modification and commissioning of building equipment.
• Review work orders, track progress and close tasks using the company’s maintenance system.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficient operation of building systems.
• Verify installations meet building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school certificate (1‑2 years related experience preferred).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb ladders and lift loads of 50 lb or more.
• Basic communication skills for clear information exchange.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational mindset and willingness to follow established procedures.
