Maintenance Technician – Subic

About the role

As a multi‑skilled Maintenance Technician for CBRE in Subic, you will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems, ensuring efficient operation of facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues and carry out repairs on building systems.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion using available systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for code compliance and report violations.
• Follow established procedures and deliver work under supervision.

Required profile

• High School diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 1‑2 years of related experience (or equivalent combination).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb ladders and lift loads of 50 lb or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
• Clear communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
