Maintenance Technician - HVAC

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician specialized in HVAC systems to join our operations team. The role involves ensuring the reliable performance of air‑conditioning and refrigeration equipment through regular preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on split‑type and window‑type air‑conditioning units, chiller water units, freezers, and container‑van chillers/freezers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Move, transport, and install air‑conditioning units and related parts as needed.
• Inspect equipment for safety compliance and conduct regular check‑ups.
• Maintain accurate service records and report any recurring issues.

Required profile

• TESDA Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (NC II) or equivalent qualification.
• In‑depth knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and safety standards.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good communication skills and adaptability to varied work environments.
• Preferably possesses a motorcycle for site mobility.
