Maintenance Technician C – Electromechanical

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician C with a strong background in electromechanical systems to support the reliability and performance of our manufacturing operations. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting of automated equipment, and participation in improvement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective work orders using the CMMS system.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic failures in machinery and equipment.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and new technicians.
• Participate in machinery rebuilding, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity initiatives on the shop floor.
• Adjust and troubleshoot PLC‑based control systems, VFDs, servo and stepper drives.
• Document electrical diagrams and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Generate technical reports on shift activities and completed maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Technical degree or Bachelor’s in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics or related field.
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and electronic failures in industrial machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, electronic and control schematics.
• Experience with automated equipment and industrial control systems.

• Pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Industrial mechanics (gears, chains, pulleys, reducers, couplings).
• Electrical and electronic diagram interpretation.
• AutoCAD for technical documentation.
• CMMS maintenance management software.
• Basic machining skills (lathe, milling).
