Maintenance Technician – Bohol

About the role

As a Maintenance Technician based in Tagbilaran City, you will support CBRE’s building and facilities portfolio by performing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and other building systems.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out routine preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and related building equipment.
• Conduct inspections, diagnose issues and complete work orders.
• Assist with installation, modification and commissioning of building systems.
• Track work order progress using internal systems and ensure timely completion.
• Support energy‑management initiatives by keeping systems operating efficiently.
• Verify that installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.

Required profile

• High School diploma, GED or trade school qualification with 1‑2 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs or ladders and lift loads of 50 lb or more.
• Ability to follow standard work routines and procedures.
• Basic communication skills for clear information exchange.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
