Maintenance Technician – 5‑Star Resort

About the role

We are looking for a versatile Maintenance Technician to join our 5‑star resort on the island of Lanzarote. You will ensure that all hotel facilities operate smoothly, delivering the high‑quality experience expected by our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on hotel installations.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical and plumbing faults.
• Monitor and maintain equipment such as HVAC systems, swimming pools and general infrastructure.
• Support general upkeep tasks including painting, carpentry and minor repairs.
• Ensure compliance with the resort’s quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to keep all facilities in optimal condition.

Required profile

• Professional training in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel or industrial maintenance (hospitality experience preferred).
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Problem‑solving, proactive and responsible attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
