LPG Operations Assistant (General Santos City)

About the role

SEAOIL, the Philippines’ leading independent fuel company, is looking for an LPG Operations Assistant to support its LPG business in General Santos City. The role focuses on accurate inventory management of LPG cylinders, the handling of consumables for daily operations, and the monitoring of office supplies to ensure smooth and safe facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the monthly LPG cylinder inventory with precision.
• Conduct daily counts and verification of LPG cylinders.
• Classify cylinders as filled, empty, defective, or requiring repair.
• Sort and organize cylinders for efficient handling and distribution.
• Assist with basic tasks during facility upgrades or renovations.
• Monitor consumables and office supplies needed for LPG operations.
• Collaborate closely with the inventory management team to maintain accurate records.
• Support compliance with safety and regulatory standards related to LPG handling.

Required profile

• Engineering graduate.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Valid professional driver’s license.
• Willingness to be based in General Santos City.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
