Logistics & Warehouse Officer

About the role

The Logistics & Warehouse Officer will ensure smooth flow of goods, accurate documentation, and strict inventory control within our warehouse operations. You will act as the primary liaison between site project managers, drivers, and internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries and proper record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Scan, file, and organize logistics paperwork such as Delivery Receipts and Supplier Invoices.
• Log and update all warehouse transactions in the Lark system.
• Conduct regular stock checks, audits, and enforce inventory controls.
• Manage purchase orders, raise purchase requests for fast‑moving items, and coordinate procurement references.
• Prepare items for dispatch, verify availability, and ensure correct packaging, labeling, and tagging.
• Draft daily driver itineraries, resolve driver concerns, and oversee loading/unloading activities.
• Receive, log, and verify incoming materials and site pull‑outs, documenting any excess returns.
• Track tools and equipment locations, maintaining up‑to‑date records.
• Liaise with Site Project Managers and Inventory Controllers to align delivery windows and answer inventory queries.
• Perform additional warehouse maintenance and operational duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Willingness to work overtime when operational demands require it.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Lark.
