Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end shipping and delivery process, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time and inventory accuracy is maintained. This role works closely with sales, operations and warehouse teams to balance supply and demand while adhering to food safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outbound logistics to meet agreed service levels and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate loading, routing, and unloading of trucks and monitor dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate FG warehouse inventory through robust inventory control processes.
• Ensure compliance with material transaction systems for order fulfillment, transportation and warehouse activities.
• Develop and report on logistics KPIs, spend metrics and monthly performance reviews.
• Implement efficient distribution of feeds from origin to destination to guarantee product availability.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align supply planning with sales targets.
• Travel within the Philippines as required to support logistics activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse or supply‑chain management.
• Strong focus on accuracy, customer service and deadline orientation.
• Ability to work independently, multitask and adapt quickly to new situations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
