Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Supervisor to oversee our transportation and fleet operations across key provinces. The role involves coordinating delivery routes, ensuring vehicle readiness, and collaborating with sales, warehouse, and order management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule logistics routes covering Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Quezon Province.
• Supervise drivers, monitor delivery performance, and manage dispatch planning.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, troubleshoot basic issues, and assess vehicle conditions.
• Prepare and review logistics reports, track product availability, and update delivery status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on order fulfillment and shipment timelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational training.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Familiarity with delivery routes in the specified provinces.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
