Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Logistics Supervisor to lead our warehouse and logistics team in Taguig. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage warehouse and logistics staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and onboarding.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and supply‑chain teams for accurate stock management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, compliance standards, and company policies.
• Analyze operational metrics to identify process‑improvement opportunities and reduce costs.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external logistics partners for timely deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to warehouse operations.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure order fulfillment accuracy.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply‑chain management.
• Proven supervisory or team‑lead experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations, inventory management, and supply‑chain best practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
