Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily transportation and fleet operations across key provinces in the Philippines. The role involves coordinating delivery routes, monitoring vehicle conditions, and ensuring seamless communication between sales, warehouse, and order management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule delivery routes in Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, and Quezon Province.
• Supervise drivers, monitor delivery performance, and coordinate vehicle maintenance.
• Prepare basic logistics reports and track product availability and delivery status.
• Manage dispatch planning, delivery scheduling, and overall fleet coordination.
• Assess vehicle conditions and perform basic troubleshooting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or vocational course.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Familiarity with delivery routes in the specified provinces.
• Strong coordination and communication with internal teams.
