Logistics Specialist – CargoWise Process Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist with deep expertise in CargoWise to support our global freight forwarding and logistics operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth processing of import and export shipments while maintaining high data accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Process import and export shipments using CargoWise One.
• Manage shipment documentation and verify data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams, carriers, customs brokers, and customers.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international trade regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
• Hands‑on experience with CargoWise One.
• Valid CargoWise certification (CCO, CCS, or CCP) required.
• Experience in air, ocean, land freight, customs brokerage, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
