Logistics Operations Associate

About the role

The Logistics Operations Associate supports FAST Logistics Group by ensuring outgoing shipments are prepared accurately, on time, and in full compliance with documentation requirements. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of service that FAST delivers across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Verify outgoing shipments against lead‑time schedules and required paperwork.
• Coordinate with transport teams to confirm vehicle availability and routing.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems as needed.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in shipment documentation before dispatch.
• Support warehouse staff in preparing goods for delivery.

Required profile

• Graduate of any four‑year degree program.
• Preferably at least 6 months of relevant logistics or transportation experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
