Logistics Officer

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a Logistics Officer to join its TX S&OP team in Cebu. Working in a hybrid model, you will bridge inventory, transportation, and client fulfillment to ensure seamless logistical execution and meet strict customer targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage transport bookings with nominated logistics vendors, ensuring compliance with lead times and service agreements.
• Allocate and optimize stock to customer orders to maximize quality, service metrics, and revenue.
• Oversee load management to improve vehicle fill rates in line with daily demand and supply.
• Administer the CHEP pallet account, handling tracking and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain delivery paperwork, virtual filing systems, transaction processing, and back‑end reconciliation.
• Provide administrative support to CS&L planners for consistent execution.
• Foster collaborative relationships across internal and external stakeholder networks.

Required profile

• Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or operational support.
• Proven ability to follow documented SOPs and deliver on tight outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Decisive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
