Logistics Liaison Officer – Subic Bay, Philippines

About the role

Leidos is looking for a Logistics Liaison Officer to support the Indo‑Pacific Logistics and Sustainment Services (ILS2) program at Subic Bay, Philippines. The officer will serve as the primary in‑country logistics representative for U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific and other U.S. Service Commands, ensuring that logistics, sustainment, transportation, facilities and mission‑support activities are coordinated and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the senior in‑country liaison between Leidos, government customers, host‑nation authorities and mission partners.
• Plan, coordinate and execute Reception, Staging, Onward Movement and Integration (RSOI) for personnel, equipment and materiel.
• Synchronize logistics functions across transportation, supply chain, facilities, engineering, security and sustainment to meet mission objectives.
• Maintain relationships with host‑nation officials to facilitate customs clearance, SOFA compliance, import/export, access and basing support.
• Monitor asset accountability, inventory, and supply‑chain performance for Government‑Furnished Property, Contractor‑Acquired Property and Contractor‑Furnished Equipment.
• Coordinate with Joint Theater Distribution Centers, transportation providers and operational planners to optimise distribution throughout the theater.
• Support facilities sustainment planning, engineering implementation and maintenance coordination.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in logistics, sustainment or supply‑chain operations within expeditionary or multinational environments.
• Strong ability to build strategic relationships with government, host‑nation and partner stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to operate in a dynamic, forward‑deployed setting.
