Logistics Distribution Staff

About the role

The Logistics Distribution Staff supports the Distribution Supervisor in ensuring smooth delivery operations for Gardenia and its third‑party truckers. This role involves monitoring vehicle locations, tracking shipments, and maintaining ISO documentation to keep the supply chain running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the real‑time location of Gardenia and third‑party trucks.
• Track shipping items and update status reports.
• Maintain and organize ISO compliance documents.
• Assist with other distribution‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering.
• At least one year of relevant experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Willing to work a shifting schedule, including extended hours and holidays.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
