Logistics Assistant – Supply Chain & Billing Coordination

About the role

The Logistics Assistant will support the supply chain team by ensuring accurate billing, cost analysis, and smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners. This role is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig and requires a detail‑oriented professional who can maintain confidentiality and drive efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and summarize payment compliance requirements.
• Coordinate documentation of billings and process flows with other teams and agencies.
• Prepare cost analyses and cross‑check departmental billings.
• Monitor expenses, evaluate billings, and ensure optimal pricing and quality from suppliers.
• Facilitate order and logistics coordination across branches.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with non‑disclosure agreements.
• Provide input on process improvements and team efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management, Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or related areas.
• Analytical mindset with strong logical reasoning.
• Attention to detail and proactive initiative.
• Willingness to work onsite in BGC, Taguig and start immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
