About the role
FAST Logistics Group is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support its outbound shipping operations. The role involves ensuring shipments are prepared accurately, on time, and in compliance with documentation standards.
Key responsibilities
- Verify outgoing shipments against lead‑time schedules and required documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to confirm readiness of goods.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking systems.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies before dispatch.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program.
- At least 6 months of relevant logistics or supply‑chain experience (preferred).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a motorcycle.
