About the role
The Logistics Assistant supports the coordination of outgoing shipments, ensuring they meet prescribed lead times and documentation requirements. This role is integral to maintaining smooth operations within FAST Logistics Group’s extensive supply‑chain network.
Key responsibilities
- Check outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with lead times and required documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to schedule and dispatch deliveries.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update tracking systems.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to dispatch or delivery.
Required profile
- Graduate of any 4‑year degree program.
- At least 6 months of relevant logistics or supply‑chain experience.
- Valid driver’s license and ownership of a motorcycle.
Required skills
- Knowledge of shipment documentation and lead‑time management.
