Local Store Marketing & Receptionist

About the role

The position combines local store marketing duties with front‑office reception responsibilities. You will plan and execute multi‑media marketing activities for assigned brands while supporting daily customer interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and create system‑wide marketing campaigns across PR, advertising, social media, content marketing, branding, customer care and after‑sales channels.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Operations Director to capture brand marketing requirements.
• Work with the Group Marketing Manager to prepare brand budgets and monitor expenses.
• Assist in developing and implementing system‑wide marketing strategies set by the Group Marketing Manager.
• Build relationships with media influencers and stakeholders to raise brand awareness.
• Create and manage content calendars and execute content marketing initiatives.
• Ensure branding guidelines are followed and track customer care after‑sales experience.
• Coordinate with the CSR team handling reservations and complaints, following the digital playbook.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing and communications, preferably within a retail environment.
• Strong ability to liaise with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
