Loans Operations Support Officer

About the role

The Loans Operations Support Officer oversees daily operations of DEIG loan products, ensuring smooth processing and exceptional service for clients before and after application. The role acts as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the performance of the third‑party provider handling end‑to‑end loan bookings.
• Prepare, deliver and maintain loan performance and commission reports for strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with external regulations (BSP, AMLC) and internal bank policies, addressing audit findings promptly.
• Participate in process simplification initiatives and assist in troubleshooting system errors.
• Track performance metrics such as uptime and transaction success rates, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate timely delivery (TAT) of digital loans and support profitability improvement projects.
• Liaise with IT, customer care, and compliance teams to resolve loan‑related issues and file ORMS incidents.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries for adjustments arising from fixes or bugs.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 4‑year degree program, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of loan products and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience in banking or financial services with exposure to loan operations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with reporting and performance reporting models.
