About the role
The Loan Reconciliation Senior Officer will work the night shift from Taguig City, Metro Manila, in a hybrid arrangement that blends on‑site and remote work. The role focuses on managing the complex reconciliation of syndicated loans and supporting the broader loan operations team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and execute complex reconciliation tasks for syndicated loan portfolios.
- Ensure accuracy of loan data, identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior officers handling loan reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the Manager to identify and implement process‑optimisation initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and reporting standards for reconciliation activities.
Required profile
- Senior‑level professional with experience in loan reconciliation, particularly syndicated loans.
- Proven ability to guide and support junior team members.
- Strong analytical mindset to assist in process optimisation.
