Loan Processor

About the role

Yellow Brick Road is seeking a detail‑oriented Loan Processor to join its remote team in the Philippines. In this position you will support the end‑to‑end processing of mortgage loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review loan applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Verify borrower information, credit reports, and property details.
• Coordinate with underwriters, lenders, and borrowers to resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records in the loan management system.
• Ensure all processed loans meet internal policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Prior experience in loan processing or a related banking function is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
