Lift Installation & Maintenance Technician

About the role

OTTO Lifts is seeking a full‑time Technician to join its on‑site team in Cebu. You will be responsible for installing, commissioning, testing, and maintaining home, commercial, and cargo lifts, as well as accessibility solutions, ensuring they meet safety standards and operate reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, and test lift systems according to company procedures.
• Perform diagnostic checks, mechanical and electrical repairs, and routine maintenance.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and product manuals on site.
• Document service work and respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls.
• Provide basic user guidance on lift operation and maintain tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with hands‑on experience in electro‑mechanical systems.
• Ability to work safely at heights and handle power tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for on‑site collaboration.
• Physical capability to perform technical tasks in construction environments.
• Willingness to travel within the region and adapt to varying project schedules.
