Legal Supervisor – Litigation & Contracts

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Supervisor to lead our legal department’s processes, support external counsel in litigation matters, and provide internal legal guidance across administrative, labor, and corporate issues. The role combines case management, legal research, and contract oversight to ensure smooth legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily legal department workflows and coordinate with external counsel.
• Assist external counsel in handling litigation cases and represent the business in administrative, labor, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research on statutes, judicial decisions, and relevant legal literature.
• Track and manage case files, organize evidence, and maintain documentation for ongoing matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, affidavits, SPAs, request and demand letters.
• Support the Corporate Secretary with corporate housekeeping and preparation of general corporate documents.
• Maintain contract files, monitor renewal dates, deadlines, and compliance obligations.

Required profile

• Active member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years experience as a Legal Officer or Legal Assistant, preferably in a law firm.
• Demonstrated experience in litigation and contract management, including small claims and barangay conciliation/mediation.
• Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and willing to travel to other company branches when needed.
