About the role

We are seeking a Legal Research Analyst to join a global software development leader on a full‑time remote basis. In this position you will bridge legal expertise and technology, ensuring that our products comply with complex regulatory frameworks while supporting innovative development.

Key responsibilities

• Research and interpret statutes, regulations, case law, and industry standards to guide product decisions.
• Develop technical frameworks and automation tools that streamline legal research processes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and compliance teams to embed legal insights into design.
• Monitor emerging legal trends and assess their impact on technology solutions.
• Draft clear technical documentation and compliance guidelines for product development.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal education.
• Proven experience in legal research methodologies and regulatory analysis.
• Ability to translate legal concepts into actionable technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
