Legal Professional – Litigation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Legal Professional with a strong command of English and extensive litigation experience. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, draft and review complex documents, and represent the organization in legal proceedings with precision and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the organization in litigation, hearings, and dispute resolution processes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with flawless English accuracy.
• Provide legal advice on corporate, civil, and regulatory matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage legal risks.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree; advanced certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional legal practice with substantial litigation experience.
• Perfect command of written and spoken English.
• Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to ethical practice.
