About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to support estate‑planning attorneys by drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and related documents. Working remotely, you will turn client information into accurate, attorney‑ready templates while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Draft core estate‑planning documents using provided templates and legal software.
• Manage client intake forms, organize sensitive data, and prepare files for attorney review.
• Proofread and format legal documents to eliminate errors and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with attorneys to anticipate needs, ask clarifying questions, and keep projects on schedule.
